How Your Photo Becomes a Personalised Fiorpaw Gift

Your photo is what makes a personalised Fiorpaw gift yours. The animals and names shown in product pictures are examples; on photo-personalised products, your own pet is the starting point. Ready-made artwork is different, so check the individual product before ordering.

1. Choose a product and a design

Pick a mug, portrait, shaped cushion or another personalised product. Select its available size and colour. These choices depend on the item: a mug's handle colour is not automatically a request to recolour the printed design.

2. Upload the photo you want us to use

Use a sharp image in gentle light with your pet clearly visible. For portrait designs, include the whole face and ears. For a full-body cushion, include the body, paws and tail wherever possible. Follow the formats and file-size limit beside the upload field. Our photo guide can help you choose.

3. Add names or dates where offered

Some designs require a name; others offer optional text or memorial dates. Follow the fields on the page and check the spelling exactly as you want it printed. Do not assume every detail in a sample image is editable. If a field or option is unclear, contact us before placing the order.

4. Review your selections

Check the photo, name, size, colour and quantity before adding the item to your cart. The product images illustrate the style; they are not an instant preview of your own finished artwork. Personalised artwork is prepared after the order, and small differences in colour, proportions or placement can occur in print.

5. Allow time for making and delivery

Production and shipping are separate stages. Check the current production and delivery estimates before ordering, especially for birthdays or other fixed dates. Estimated delivery is not a guaranteed arrival date.

Need to correct something?

Contact Fiorpaw as soon as you notice an issue and include your order reference if you have already ordered. Changes may not be possible once production has begun. Read the refund policy for the terms that apply to personalised items.
