Shipping and production
Fiorpaw products are made to order. Production usually takes 2–3 working days before your order ships. During busy gift seasons, such as Christmas, production and delivery may take longer.
Estimated delivery times
All mugs, shaped pillows and square cushions: production usually takes 2–3 working days. For all destinations we serve (UK, EU, US, Canada and Australia), estimated arrival is approximately 5 calendar days after the later dispatch date shown on the product page. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates.
Other products
Estimated delivery times begin after production and depend on the destination and carrier.
- United Kingdom and European Union: usually 5–7 working days
- United States and Canada: usually 4–6 working days
- Australia: please contact us for the current delivery estimate before ordering.
Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Customs checks, local carrier delays, public holidays, incorrect addresses, or seasonal volume can affect delivery time.
Shipping cost
Fiorpaw offers free standard shipping to the United Kingdom, European Union, United States, Canada, and Australia. The available free delivery option is shown at checkout before payment. We currently do not ship to destinations outside these regions unless a shipping option is displayed at checkout.
Tracking
When tracking is available for your order, tracking details will be sent to the email address used at checkout.
Customs and import fees
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees charged by their country. These charges are not included in Fiorpaw product prices unless stated at checkout.
Incorrect address
Please check your shipping address carefully before placing an order. Fiorpaw is not responsible for delays, failed delivery, or extra costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.
