Products & Customization

Fiorpaw specializes in custom-made wall art (framed posters) and mugs. Customers can upload their own designs during the ordering process.

  • All products are made to order based on the designs provided by the customer.

  • Customers are responsible for reviewing their designs for spelling, layout, sizing, and overall accuracy before placing an order.

  • Fiorpaw is not responsible for print quality issues caused by low-resolution or poor-quality images uploaded by the customer.

Uploaded Content & Intellectual Property

By uploading any content, you confirm that:

  • You own the rights to the content or have legal permission to use it.

  • The content does not infringe on copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights.

  • The content does not contain illegal, offensive, or inappropriate material.

Fiorpaw reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders that violate these conditions.

Order Processing & Production

  • Orders enter production shortly after payment is completed.

  • Once production has started, orders cannot be changed or canceled.

  • Production and delivery times are estimates and may vary.

Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are shown in the store currency and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

  • Payment must be completed in full before production begins.

Shipping

  • Shipping timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.

  • Fiorpaw is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

Returns, Refunds & Replacements

Because all Fiorpaw products are custom-made, returns and refunds are not accepted.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, Fiorpaw takes full responsibility.

  • We will provide a free replacement and resend the item.

  • Refunds are not offered.

  • Customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the damage.

Limitation of Liability

Fiorpaw shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or website.
