Which pet photo should I choose?
Choose a clear, well-lit photo with your pet's face and markings visible. For shaped pillows, use a full-body photo. Follow the photo guidance on your chosen product.
Will I receive the example pet shown?
No. Personalised products use your uploaded photo and the name you enter. The background and design style remain as shown. Ready-made art is sold as pictured and does not require an upload.
When is the artwork created?
We create the artwork from your photo after you order. The colour and product examples are not a live preview of your uploaded pet. Contact us before ordering if you need help choosing a photo.
When will my gift arrive?
Your product page shows its production and estimated arrival dates for your selected delivery country. Dates are estimates, not guarantees; artwork checks and holidays can add time. Other products may have different production times.
Is standard shipping free?
