Choose a mug style, select the color if available, upload your pet photo, and place your order. We use the image you provide to create a personalized pet mug made for daily use or gifting.

Choose a poster or framed art style, select the size and frame color, upload your pet photo, and order your personalized pet poster. Custom pet posters are popular for birthdays, Christmas, housewarming gifts, dog mom gifts, cat dad gifts, and remembrance keepsakes.

What photo should I upload?

Use a clear, well-lit photo where your pet's face is easy to see. Photos taken at eye level usually work best. Avoid blurry, very dark, or heavily filtered images.

Can I order designs for dogs, cats, or other pets?

Yes. Fiorpaw can be used for dog gifts, cat gifts, horse art, and keepsakes for many kinds of pets. If your pet is special to you, it can usually become a Fiorpaw design.

Are Fiorpaw products good gifts?

How long does production and shipping take?

Most products are made to order. Production usually takes 2 to 5 business days. Shipping times depend on the destination and are shown in more detail in the shipping policy.

Can I change or cancel a custom order?

Please contact us as soon as possible. Because custom products move into production quickly, changes or cancellations may not be possible after the order has started production.

Can I return a personalized product?

Custom-made and personalized products cannot usually be returned or refunded because they are made especially for one customer. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can help.
