Yes. Fiorpaw allows customers to upload their own designs for both wall art and mugs.

What file formats do you accept?

We accept common file formats such as JPG, PNG, and PDF. High-resolution files are recommended for best results.

Do you offer refunds?

No. We do not offer refunds. Replacements are provided for damaged or defective items only.

Can I edit or cancel my order after purchase?

No. Because all products are custom-made, orders cannot be modified or canceled once production has started.

Do you accept returns?

No. All Fiorpaw products are custom-made and non-returnable.

What happens if my order arrives damaged?

If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will resend a replacement at no additional cost.

Will the colors look exactly the same as on my screen?

Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings and printing processes. Minor variations are not considered defects.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary depending on destination and carrier. Estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.
